"Quiet area. Easy access to St Lô. Old building. Polystyrene ceiling tiles in bedroom.Fire hazard? Very comfy bed. Very steep, dangerous stairs to room. Owner very nice but did ask for payment again even though we pre-paid. Basic continental breakfast but only 3 euros each.Overall, for a one night stopover after a 9 hour drive,it did the job."

"I travel a lot and have stayed in thousands of hotels, all very forgettable. You will never forget staying here though! Wonderful room with very nice bathroom on a memorable property. Very quiet and peaceful. Stephane and Karine are gracious hosts and I am thankful they have made their location available. Zero complaints and cannot recommend highly enough! The whole area is very beautiful so be sure to go for some walks in the country! "

The cottage is very small, we are a family of 4 which was tight. 6 people would be too many as there is only a sofa bed to sit on in the living room so people have to sit at the dinner table in the evening. "Property was as described and more. Host was awesome! Google translate and you are in a conversation. He is very accommodating to non-French speaking visitors. One hour or less from everything. A beautiful spot in a great part of the country. 15 minute drive to three major grocery stores. I hope to return, a home away from home. Merci Jean-Claude!"
