"You couldn't wish for a more central location in Ghent with soundproof rooms. There is secure car parking <250mtrs away, which is pricey but you are in the heart of the city. The hotel has a super eating area for breakfast and numerous other seating areas including a sun terrace for when you tire of walking. You are even overlooking an ex royal palace and gardens, which would be impossible anywhere in the UK. "

"From the moment we walked into Comic Art Hotel we knew we were going to be happy with our choice of hotel. Friendly greeting, prompt check in coupled with a very nice room was a great start. Absolutely no complaints about the comfort and facilities of the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast each morning was buffet style but was coordinated by a lovely member of staff - wish I took her name. The choice on the buffet was excellent and always very fresh. The hotel is situated in a quiet side street over looking a canal but within easy walking distance of the main sights and restaurants. Highly recommend for a stay in Ghent. "

"A modern, clean and spacious hotel. Our family room was fantastic, our daughter loved her bunk beds and the large cuddly toy animals left to play with. The hotel even left a rucksack and soft toy for our young son in his cot. Lovely bath, large comfy bed with TV in front. Really happy with the accommodation. Probably more of a business hotel than traditional family hotel, but the facilities were still great for kids and staff were very helpful to accommodate our young kids. There is a small play area with slide and climbing frame and my daughter especially enjoyed watching the chickens! The service could not have been better, hotel reception and restaurant staff helped to warm milk and meals for our children and gave helpful guidance for trips into the city. There is a large supermarket right next to the hotel built into the Gent football stadium which next door. Incredible location on a matchday. Worth noting that the hotel is a small distance from central Gent. We found it easy to reach by bus and tram (25 mins total). The hotel staff offered to arrange us taxis for approx $20. Driving was a little trickier due to the low emission zone in central Gent but again staff pointed us towards parking options. "
