"We have stayed many incredible and beautiful places all over the world. Te Karaka Lodge is completely in a class by itself! Everything and everyone in this place is superb. There is not one little detail which is not lovingly cared for by the staff. It is a gorgeous place in gorgeous surroundings. "A tad cold, even in summer. The breakfast basket was nice surprise but i feel the quantity can be increased (only 1 strip of bacon and 1 small waffle per pax). The cost could be used for a nice hotel stay instead"

"We found it very handy in proximity to everywhere we had to go. Very clean and tidy and was surprised that the room was serviced daily. Beds were very comfortable and good crisp linen. I would definately recommend it."
