"My husband, myself and our two teenage daughters spent a glorious two weeks in Kate’s beautiful property. I have to say on arrival the property was absolutely spotless both inside and outside. The outside space is absolutely beautiful and lots of it. There were lovely zoned off areas for sunbathing or if you wanted shade and there was plenty of outside furniture to enjoy all the spaces, six beautiful loungers was a real treat with beautiful umbrellas if you wanted shade. There is a lovely breeze...

"We had a good stay, it was quiet and relaxing. There were a couple of things damaged from the previous tenant which wasn't a great impression. The lock on the door broke which meant extra vigilance was needed to avoid getting locked in or out, and the pool was not clear which we pointed out within 5 minutes of our arrival, Claire was responsive but it still took 3 days until the pool guy put something in the pool specifically to clear it. I just put it down to bad luck but I was on holiday...

"A friend and myself were looking for a quiet week away in the sun and this villa did not disappoint. The property is in excellent condition and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the pool and enjoyed BBQ in the outdoor kitchen area. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance or use the bicycles at the villa and head to the sea front where there are more restaurants. Overall a great week"

The villa is located close to beaches, shopping and Denia but you will need a car! We'll definitely return."

"The property was a good size and the private pool being the main feature. My 3 Children aged 12-6 enjoyed the space and my wife and I enjoyed the quiet location. The villa had all we needed so on occasions we just stayed in and had a meal rather than go into town. We stayed for 2 weeks. Raul was very good with communication and his Dad was a gentleman when coming to the villa to change the bed linen or clean the pool. Overall great experience."

"We spent three nights at this property. The house is very large and the pool is great. It is a bit of an older house, but everything was clean and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the AC. The house is off the beaten path but very quiet and still very close to everything in downtown Denia. A car is a must. Tons of great restaurants and stores within minutes."
