You are booking the ENTIRE house with two parts with internal access, Villa-1 and Villa-2. Now, The whole house is yours. Enjoy your stay!

Guests have access to the entire property 

We can be reached by phone and email.

We have 7 beds in the property, and we also can provide 2 extra sofa beds, due to the linen cost, we have to charge the 50NZD per sofa beds per night. If you think 7 beds are not enough for your group or there are more than 10 guests in your group, please feel free let us know in advance before you book the property. We are happy to help you to arrange the sofa bed ready before you check-in.

AMAZING SPOT IN THE HEART OF ROTORUA
Great spot with plenty of room in the heart of Rotorua. Clean and modern. Backs onto the golf course which is super nice for sunset etc
