This spacious 3 bedroom plus den, 2 bathroom executive home has an optional electrically heated private pool and spa in Rotonda West. Property will sleep 6 people comfortably!

Open the front door to a beautiful home offering an airy open floor plan with formal living and dining rooms, kitchen and nook area, split floor plan & high ceilings, great for family & entertaining. The functional kitchen boasts granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, lots of cabinets and a breakfast bar. Well-appointed family room with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV.

The nook area has a dining table for 4, perfect to enjoy your morning breakfast!

The master suite has a king bed, TV and sliders to the lanai area. The large en-suite master bathroom features neutral tones and nice finishes, dual sinks, whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in shower. Adjoining the master is a den with a comfortable sleeper sofa, able to transform into a queen-sized bed at a moment's notice.

Bedroom 2 has another king bed and a flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a flat screen TV. The family bathroom has a single vanity, tub with shower and a door out to the pool area. All bathrooms have hair dryers. This home has cable TV, along with telephone and hi-speed internet. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!

The pool and spa have optional electric heat. Relax or soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck with loungers or enjoy a delicious BBQ with family and friends on lanai area with additional patio table with chairs. In the garage there are beach chairs/umbrella and two bicycles for guests to use. This is the perfect house for your family getaway!

This home is ideally situated just minutes-drive from the local beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande Island with first class salt water fishing and water sports facilities all in easy reach. In addition, there are 8 public golf courses within 3 miles.

Peaceful and relaxing
Had an amazing time at this beautiful home. Had all the amenities you need. Close to the beach and shopping. The pool and deck chairs were very inviting and we spent most of the time there. I would not hesitate recommending this house and I would absolutely return when heading to Florida again.

Pleasant Stay
We enjoyed our stay. Nice clean house but in need of some updates. Comfortable furniture and living spaces. Quiet neighborhood and fairly easy to get in and out of with 5 golf courses near by. Mike was very easy to communicate with.
