The master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, dresser, chest of drawers, 2 nightstands with lamps, one walk-in closet with clothing hamper, 42” smart HD TV and sliding glass doors to the lanai and pool area. The ensuite bath has split vanities with plenty of drawers and a hairdryer, a private commode and a gorgeous Roman shower.



The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands with lamps, 32" smart HD TV, and a closet with clothing hamper.



The 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands with lamps, closet with clothing hamper, and sliding doors to the lanai and pool.
These secondary bedrooms share a house/pool bathroom with a bath tub/shower combo, linen closet, hairdryer and easy access to the lanai
All closets are equipped with plenty of matching hangers.

The lanai is a great place to enjoy peace and privacy after spending the day boating, at the beach, or on a nearby golf course! Savor your breakfast and drip brewed coffee as you plan your day! Enjoy relaxing and sunbathing on one of 2 lounge chairs next to your 24’ x 12’ heated saltwater pool, all while soaking in the beauty of Rotonda's waterways! The lanai also includes a Weber barbecue gas grill, a cushioned sectional sofa set with table and chair that seat 7, two additional deck chairs and a pool fence for small children. The outdoor shower is also the perfect remedy for eliminating sand after a day at the beach.



The kitchen is open to the living area and features beautiful granite countertops with a breakfast bar, 4 bar stools, ample cabinets and pantry, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven, refrigerator with both ice maker and filtered water, and everything else you need for preparing, cooking, and serving your vacation meals. It’s the perfect space for cooking and entertaining.




Other features of this home include full heating and cooling with forced-air HVAC, high-speed wireless internet and app-based television, ceiling fans in the living room, all bedrooms, and the lanai. Additionally, bed and bath linens, pool towels and a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher liquid and antibacterial hand and body soap are all included. The laundry room includes a washing machine and dryer, utility sink, iron and ironing board, drying rack, two laundry baskets, vacuum and other cleaning essentials.



The coat closet is outfitted with two cooler bags, and an insulated grocery bag.




The attached garage includes plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, two sand sifters, pool noodles, beach toys for the kids, and room to park two cars.

Hopefully you will not need any medical services during your stay, but if you do, we have a walk in clinic within 4 miles’ drive and the Englewood Community Hospital is only 7 miles’ drive away.


The area enjoys a location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the "Real Florida" There are wildlife reserves where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats and Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the canals and lakes.


For cyclists and joggers there is the "Rail/trail" a disused rail line to Boca Grande that runs adjacent to Rotonda.
