"Dear Hotels.com, you have now asked me for feedback about check-in, feedback about my stay while I was there, feedback twice now that I’ve left…. FFS, I stayed one night and all was well, any issues I’ll take up with wherever I’m staying. I’ve unsubscribed from your reminders yet constantly get pestered. Please STOP. And there’s absolutely no need to reply and ask for feedback about your reply. Malmaison is great, Hotels,com not so much."

"lovely hotel, fabulous room, very good of the hotel to do us a free upgrade, however of an evening (and we stayed in January) it was very cold and they didn't seem to be able to turn up the heating,. "

"One night stag as a couple, really nice hotel, friendly staff and the lobby and restaurant were top quality. Room looks like it’s seen better days, some light switches were wonky, some light didn’t work at all, old-school radiator rather than a thermostat control. A tv you can stream from your phone would be better (things like ‘chrome cast’ are becoming standard in similar hotels in the uk) "

"The only negative was the breakfast. Scrambled eggs were terrible and didn’t even taste of egg. Would have preferred a more varied range for a hot breakfast with fried eggs and hash browns and mushrooms. Not a great selection for vegetarians or vegans. "

"Check in was slow due to the amount of rooms having to be turned. We actually prebooked room but was allocated another amd had to wait for it to be turned over. When enquired our original choice was available. Other than that the hotel as great"

"We loved our stay at the Moxy. Our rooms were super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The lounge downstairs was incredible and we found ourselves hanging out down there instead of our rooms. We loved it so much I looked to see if London has similar places. We would definitely come back! "

"Lovely weekend away for my husband’s birthday. We were given an upgrade to an executive room which was very nice. Room was large with good views over the square in front of the train station. Dressing gowns and Nespresso machine along with tea and coffee included. A card and a small box of chocolates was sent up too, lovely gesture, was appreciated."

"Such a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Everything we could want was available and definitely worth the money. Only issue was we were on the 7th floor and so the room did get too warm to comfortably sleep in, even in January, however this is common in mosy hotels so wouldn't put is off at all. We will definitely be back!"

"We were only here for one night but we would definitely stay again. It was nice to be able to control the room temperature with a traditional radiator thermostat. The room was nice and warm when we arrived but at night we were able to cool it right down. Other hotels we’ve stayed at recently have been very cold. The staff went above and beyond to help us, the young gentleman on reception organised a taxi for us and was so polite and professional. The only problem was the shower didn’t seem to work quite right for shower pressure but maybe it was just our room. We look forward to staying again and hopefully will have more time to visit the spa etc. "
