"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying....

The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... "A newly renovated modern, apartment type hotel in the center of the city. Located in an older style XIX century building. Close to everything. Check-in and out without a problem, done within a second. Bottle of wine as a welcome gift. However, the street is noisy because of streetcars running in front of the windows. To protect your ears you get earplugs :) I survived without using them. I recommend this hotel!"
