Als ich nachgefragt habe, wusste natürlich niemand Bescheid, da dies sonst die Zimmermädchen machen würden. "The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "

"Really great service! People at the desk were very nice, accommodating and helpful. They gave us recommendations for restaurants as well as sights within walking distance. Helped us out with some sundries as well. Recently remodeled, quiet and modern with a fun little shop and good security measures in place after 8. Great bakery right next door as well with delicious coffee."

"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours.
