"Everything was as advertised lovely decor etc. Couldn't access the outdoor TV so was disappointed in that. Kitchen utensils could do with cleanliness and fridge size could be increased as house sleeps 12. Overall great location and lovely home."

"I needed a ‘time out’ and this place was absolutely perfect. Private and peaceful, surrounded by stunning bushland, birds and wildlife. Walking trails have been thoughtfully created around the property, where you can stroll for hours. The accommodation itself is spacious and has everything you’ll need. Plenty of room inside, with a big enclosed deck upstairs, and front and rear verandas. I will definitely be back to this little gem!"

"Sascha's retreat is in a beautiful location, closeby to all of the lovely wineries and experiences on offer around Pokolbin. The host, Stephen, was easy to communicate with and provided lots of local knowledge and tips to enhance our experience. There are two dwellings on the property; Noir Abode which is pretty flash! The other is a cottage, which has had some upgrades and is comfortable and clean. Other than a resident possum on the roof, we slept comfortably and the kids loved their time...

"We all had a fabulous time at this house. It was the perfect setting for a massive couples weekend away. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and brilliant gathering space. It wasn't the most modern, and if I was to be quite honest it was rather eclectic in nature, but it was in a brilliant location, and totally enabled us to gather well. The beds were a perfect size, but many need mattress toppers as they are extremely hard, so I would request that the owners provide this for guests that don't like...

"We had an incredible stay at Millfield Homestead. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for our group of 10 adults. The surrounding property is stunning, with kangaroos in the paddock next door adding to the charm.One of the standout features was the incredibly well-stocked kitchen. It had everything we could possibly need, from proper indoor and outdoor serveware to thoughtful extras like glad wrap, scissors, oil, and even pens. It made meal prep and dining...

Great location, close to the Hunter Valley vineyards. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future. "
