"This hotel offers such a high level of quality and service. Staff are so kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant two evenings and enjoyed fine dining on both. Swimming pool, sauna and jakuzzi are so heavenly to relax after a ski-day. Fireplace is awesome with real wood. We will definitely come back. "

Was then told there was no reservation though they later found it, then was asked to pay again ...... until I could prove I had paid. Else the hotel was ok, the pillows in the room were useless. Evening meal and breakfast were good though. "
