"We were welcomed and checked in warmly by reception. We had also pre-registered online by the welcome email from Hotel Baren. Their staff went the extra mile to provide extra latex pillow and fixed the safe locking error when requested. We booked the Comfort room which faces the back of the surrounding buildings but we figured the view is likely to be due to the different sizes of the room.
