"We highly recommend to stay in Apartment Alpha. A bit out of the beaten path, but this was plus for us. Lots of walkable nature paths around, and historically rich area. The apartment is really beautiful, quiet and spacious. Bring your hammock (there was a wooden hammock frame on the grass). The church bells and the birds will tell you the time of the day. "

"Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hatte uns am Bus abgeholt und uns anschließend alles zu der FeWo erklärt. Die FeWo befindet sich in ruhiger, aber dennoch verkehrsgünstiger Lage (Bushaltestelle, ...). Wir fanden, dass die FeWo geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Sie hat eine sehr gute Küche; gute E-Geräte und ausreichend Geschirr und alles was man so braucht. Unsere Erwarungen hatte die FeWo übertroffen und unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm."

"We had a wonderful two-week stay in The Oben! The apartment offered everything we needed for a two week family stay. It was very clean and well-equipped, and we really enjoyed having access to the patio and garden too. The neighborhood in Grone is very quiet, safe and family-friendly, and it’s a quick, easy drive into Gottingen. Oliver was great host and helped us out with all of our requests. We would definitely go back!"

Wer also den Lärm der Großstadt, die lieblichen Autos, ihren Dreck und Müll und die vielen verschiedenen Menschen liebt, ist hier völlig fehl am Platz. All die schönen gewohnten Geräusche unserer Gegenwart fehlen gänzlich und meiner Smartwatch war es reineweg ungeheuerlich, so viele Schlafstunden nächtens anzeigen zu müssen. Man(n), ja und auch Frau, sollte da mal hin, in dieses schöne Haus und zu seinen freundlichen Bewohnern...

The garden shown in the picture is smaller than it looks as you only rent the back half of the house but there is a great outdoor decking space for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Sven was very helpful showing us around the house when we arrived. We were lucky with a week of hot weather so the local lake beach and outdoor pool were perfect."
