Our new construction apartment is designed and equipped to offer you maximum convenience and comfort during your stay. As in your home you can enjoy maximum speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump (suitable for summer and winter), television, all the electrical appliances of a conventional home and bed linen and towels.

The apartment has 3 double bedrooms (with 3 beds and capacity for up to 6 people), 2 complete bathrooms with shower (1 en suite), a kitchen and a living-dining room with access to a cozy and functional terrace decorated with great taste. In addition, the building has an elevator.

Its location is unbeatable, since the urban environment offers us all the services and shops so you can enjoy your favorite activities and the Virgen del Mar beach and the historic city center are only a 10-minute walk away.
