The first room i checked into was dirty. The second room they moved me too had a whole in the bathroom ceiling, pentagrams drawn all over the room. The shower curtain rod was being held up with a wash cloth.

The staff at the Frontier Motel were very welcoming and even waited up for me as my arrival time was very late. Definitely a great spot if you're stopping through Roswell or staying for the weekend.

The property was clean, the room was clean however it really needs some basic replacements. Toilet seat and tub had cigarette burns all over. Bath fan didn't work, bathroom door didn't close all the way, paint needed help, bathroom sink faucet was covered with hard water metal peelings, drawer broken, just a lot of deferred maintenance. Pool was covered and out of service. small grass area was full of dog poop. I would replace and add some basic items to the units, put a stand with a trash and poop bags to encourage guests to pick up their dog crap. Maybe offer your guests at least come coffee in room or in the office, even Motel 6 does that for the same price. You can do better than this. To the positive, the exterior was clean and plenty of parking. The rooms are large and have door openings out to parking which makes it convenient with pets. You could do a lot with what you have. Spend a little money on the place and it could be a lot better.

Would I stay there again? Maybe.
Good price for what you get. Receptionist was efficient and friendly. Room dated but clean. Bathtub faucet falling off the wall. Plenty of security cameras around. Quiet.
