Pazific - hiding place at the river

Pazific, tucked away at the Alten Strom - family-friendly, modern, special This suite is lovingly furnished and completely new, completely and comfortably equipped: flat-screen TV, stereo radio / CD (with IPod / iPhone docking), Internet (WLAN) and complete Kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). The "Pacific" apartment is largely barrier-free on the ground floor and offers you a comfortable living / dining area with a cozy seating area (sofa bed 120 x 200 cm), two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a nice one shower room. Enjoy the sun on your own terrace with a beach chair.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 4 people and 7 (seven) nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between surcharge "M" (up to 2 nights) and "L" (less than 7 nights). Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.
