This stylish, newly created in the spring of 2016, 2 bedroom holiday apartment lies on the ground floor of a beautiful old half-timbered house in the "hangover transition" and is fully tiled.
The living and dining area has a TV area and kitchenette with dining area. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, 2erCeranfeld, coffee maker and toaster. In a separate small bedroom has a 140cm double bed for a laidback sofa available. The friendly bathroom with shower and toilet complete the apartment.
Enjoy your holiday in the heart of Warnemünde happy with your small and well-behaved dog .Wlan is available.

    Eine muckelige Fewo
    Wir lieben diese gemütliche kleine Fewo! Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Liebe zum Detail! Der Katergang rahmt den gesamten Eindruck ab! Wir würden diese Fewo immer wieder buchen. Uns stört es nicht, dass sie keinen Balkon hat. Und für ne Woche kommt man auch ohne Backofen aus. Der Check-In/Check-Out könnte etwas herzlicher sein. Über Internet lief alles top! Fewo ist für 2 optimal.

    Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung
    Gemütliche, geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine Ferienwohnung. Anders als auf den Bildern, steht im Wohnraum eine große gemütliche Couch. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und doch zentral zwischen Strandpromenade und Kirchplatz. Lediglich die Bettdenken waren etwas dünn und über dem Abwaschbecken fehlt eine kleine Lichtquelle. Ansonsten war alles super! Sehr empfehlenswert !

    Sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Strand
    Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, sauber und vor allem: nur wenige Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat auch reibungslos funktioniert. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung rundum weiter.

    Wohlfühloase
    Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt! Diese Wohnung ist geschmacklich top eingerichtet und es fehlte an nix! Zum Strand sind es wenige Meter und die Wohnung befindet sich in einer süßen kleinen Gasse! Parkplatz ist ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg außerhalb, wenn dieser dazu gebucht wird. Wir würden diese FeWo wieder buchen!!
