The Undine beach villa is located on the beach path directly behind the promenade and only a few steps away from the beach and the Baltic Sea. There is an outdoor parking space for your car at the house. Bicycle stands are available in front of the house. Along the promenade you walk towards Hotel Neptun and Alter Strom. The Alte Strom invites you to stroll and relax with its restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Enjoy the wonderful flair of the Warnemünde seaside resort. The Warnemünder landmark lighthouse and tea pot lie along the promenade.

This 3-room apartment for 2 to 6 people is just a few meters from the beach. The apartment offers two balconies facing south, one balcony can be entered via the living area, the second balcony can be reached via one of the bedrooms. The living room with a view of the Arankapark is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, radio, flat screen TV and dining area. At this level there are also the two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. The half-open kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishes can be reached via a few steps. Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war genügend Platz vorhanden, sauber und sehr nah am Strand. Wir gätten uns gefreut, wenn ein/zwei Müllbeutel da gewesen wären ind noch ein Wechsel-Küchentuch.

Wir waren 6 Tage in der Fe-Wo Undine 14. Ist eine wirklich schöne Wohnung wo wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Nur für ein Kleinkind sie die Stufen im Wohnzimmer unangebracht. Muss man sehr aufpassen. Die die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Wohnung sollte etwas mehr geachtet werden. Und die elektronischen Geräte in der Küche mal etwas überholt. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Ostsee mit warmem Schlafzimmer
Die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet . Die Stufen die Wohn /schlafbereich von Küche und Bad trennen sind ungewöhnlich hoch . Das größere Schlafzimmer ist zu zwei Seiten.von oben bis unten verglast und nicht zu verdunkeln Es wurde bei Sonnenschein von morgens bis abends unerträglich heiß. An ausruhen am Nachmittag war nicht zu denken . Der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine bedürfen einer Überholung. Keine Wohnung für mehr als 4 Personen, da die Straße vor den Fenstern laut ist und die Fenster nicht unbedingt nachts geöffnet werden können.

Wunderschöne Strandlage
Fast alles war positiv, allerdings sollten die Zudecken, Kopfkissen und Matratzenschoner öfter auf Verschleiß und Sauberkeit kontrolliert werden. Die sonstige Einrichtung war sehr schön, der Gesamteindruck hochwertig. Sehr positiv war der vorhandene PKW-stellplatz. Wir können dieses Ferienobjekt absolut weiterempfehlen.

Lage Super aber Wlan eine Katastrophe
1. Betten mussten selbst bezogen werden! 2. Wlan langsam und viel ständig aus und mit einzelnen Geräten überhaupt nicht zu nutzen (Iphone-Ipad)!! Lage OK obwohl das große Schlafzimmer zum Teil ein Anbau überdacht war. Hier fehlten gute Rollos es war sehr hell von der Beleuchtung des Nachbar-Hotels.

Schöne Lage
Die Lage von dem Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung Nr.14 befindet, ist perfekt. Die Größe und der Schnitt der Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend für eine 4 köpfige Familie. 1 Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Einrichtung, leider ist alles schon sehr abgewohnt.

Ideal gelegene großzügige Ferienwohnung in Warnemünde: - Ausrichtung und Blick Richtung Park - der Strand liegt unmittelbar über der (schmalen) Straße - das Zentrum von Warnemünde ist fußläufig in 10min erreichbar - die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, für vier Personen Ideal mit zwei Schlafzimmern jeweils mit Zugang, zweckmäßig eingerichtet - leichte Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit In Summe empfehlenswert!
