The Heinrich-Heine-Str. 2 is located in the 1-A location of Warnemünde. The white sandy beach, the promenade, as well as the landmark lighthouse and Teepott are just steps away. On the ground floor of the beautiful building is the apartment Strandidyll with 52sqm living space. In the cozy living room with flat screen TV is a couch with sleep function, here is an additional bed possible. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a high chair and a travel cot without pad and linen are available for a small guest. From the kitchen with basic equipment and a small dining area you enter the balcony with access to the garden. The internal bathroom has a shower. Beach chair in season and 2 bicycles available, pets on request in the pre-and. Postseason. This apartment has WiFi. Currently there may be construction activities in the neighborhood as the nearby school is being renovated.

Beach idyll, only 50m to the beach:
The apartment is located directly opposite the park of Warnemünde. Promenade and beach are only a few steps. The owner provides a private beach chair during the season. In the yard behind the house you will find storage facilities for bicycles. Towels and bed linen are provided as standard. In the apartment is a toddler equipment with high chair and travel cot (without cushions and linen).

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Komfortable Ausstattung
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Toplage unweit des Sandstrandes von Warnemünde sowie vis-a-vis des Kurparks. Sie ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit moderner Küche und reichlich Küchengeschirr - in diesem Punkt deutlich überdurchschnittlich! Zu der Wohnung gehören weiterhin ein Strandkorb sowie zwei Fahrräder - letztere mit etwas wackeligen und unkomfortablen Satteln: das Fahren ist möglich, für längere Radtouren sind sie jedoch nicht geeignet. Insgesamt ein sehr positives Resümee, wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und können sie weiterempfehlen!

Nice place!
We really enjoyed the apartment! It was very comfortable and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable! It was also in a fabulous location just a block from the beach! The only thing was renting it coming from another country was hard because there was only one payment option which was a direct transfer that is not easily facilitated from the US. Previously when we have rented property from VRBO we have been able to make payments from the website. I think the owners should consider making this a payment option.
