Baltic Suite II - hidden on the old river - family-friendly / modern / special The Baltic Suite is lovingly furnished and completely new, completely and comfortably equipped: flat / cable TV in all rooms, stereo radio / CD, Internet / WLAN and Complete kitchenettes (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). This suite is located on the 2nd floor and offers you a comfortable living / dining area with a cozy seating area (sofa bed 120 x 200 bed), two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a beautiful shower room. You can enjoy the sun on your balcony from noon until late in the evening.

The suite is ideal for an occupancy of 4 people and is often booked by families with children.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 4 people and 7 (seven) nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between surcharge "M" (up to 2 nights) and "L" (less than 7 nights). Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Pick up from us in the office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request, WiFi _____ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Erreichbarkeit war ebenfalls sehr gut. Besonders die Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen fand ich sehr gut.

Kurztripp auf dem Weg zu Karls
Der Besuch in Warnemünde war gut. Alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Beim W-Lan ist noch Luft nach oben. Eine e Ladestation gab es auch nicht. Die Waschmaschine ist im Hauptbaus. Ma sind alle freundlich.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber trotzdem ist man sehr schnell am alten Strom. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, das Personal freundlich, Parkplätze am Haus vorhanden. Leider haben die Betten im Schlafzimmer geknart. Sost tiptop....

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung,welche zentral gelegen ist. Parkplätze kann/ muss man zusätzlich mieten welche sich entweder direkt vor der Tür oder ca. 200m entfernt auf einem Hinterhof befinden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt,allerdings sind die beiden zusätzlich Betten eher etwas für Kinder. Für erwachsene könnte es eng werden. Da ich am alten Strom aufgewachsen bin habe ich fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Im Großen und Ganzem top Ferienwohnung
Freundliche und nette Kommunikation von Buchung bis Verabschiedung. Dafür Daumen hoch ! Ferienwohnung sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einziges Manko, Fenster von Wohn und Schlafzimmer zur ziemlich stark befahrenen Straße, Fenster musste man schon in den sehr frühen Morgenstunden schließen um noch etwas schlafen zu können, da es sehr warm war und die dir Wohnung stark aufgeheizt, wäre es mit offenem Fenster aber viel angenehmer. Wenn man " Versteck am Strom " liest, denkt man eher an etwas mehr Ruhe bei der Buchung. WLAN kaum nutzbar, mussten auf eigenes Datenvolumen zurückgreifen, das sollte bei dem Preis der Ferienwohnung ua. schon stabiler sein. Lage zu Strom ,Bahnhof, Innenstadt, Strand etc super.

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung und toller, freundlicher Empfang durch Vermietung
Die Wohnungen sind alles samt super. Die Vermieterin hat uns am Abreisetag noch andere Wohnungen gezeigt die einfach ein Traum sind. Faire Preise, sauber, top Lage (leichter Verkehrslärm bei geöffnetem Fenstern). Wir empfehlen 100% weiter! Und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nur die Betten im Kinderzimmer kamen uns etwas klein vor für einen Erwachsenen. Lag aber bestimmt an der Schräge im Zimmer. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Ambiente mit ein paar Abzügen
Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut gelegen. Wenn man genauer hinsieht fällt auf das die Betreiber nie selbst dort für eine Woche wohnten zum Beispiel gibt es eine große Spülmaschiene aber nur wenig Geschirr (Besteck 7 Löffel, 6 Gabeln und 5 Messer für 4 Personen). Mit den Kindern hätten wir auch gerne mal durchgefegt, hatten aber keinen Besen. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Toller Aufenthalt in Warnemünde mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in Warnemünde und in der Baltic Suite 2 sehr genossen. Die Suite entsprach grundsätzlich unseren Wünschen, lediglich die mangelnde W-Lan Versorgung und das 2. Schlafzimmer fielen negativ auf. Schlafzimmer, weil die 2 Einzelbetten sehr schmal und für lange Menschen zu kurz waren. Dies besonders hinsichtlich der Tatsache, dass das Fußende unter einer Dachschräge / Fensterbank war. Das war schon störend. Alles andere war aber sehr gut, wir würden wiederkommen, aber dann ein anderes Appartement wählen...
