The apartment in Warnemünde is only by a park from the Baltic Sea and equipped with whirlpool or fireplace and balcony or terrace. In the historic villa in Warnemünde, which was restored in 2005, there are a total of six apartments. The villa is located on a spacious estate. To the beach of the Baltic Sea you only have to walk through the Warnemünde Park. All six apartments in Warnemünde can sleep up to four people. All apartments in the villa have a kitchen with high quality fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, living room with sofa bed and TV. In addition, there is in each apartment in Warnemünde a double bedroom, a bathroom with underfloor heating and shower and some with whirlpool and fireplace, 1-2 large balconies or terraces. For the guests of the apartments also garden furniture and sun loungers are available. Directly at the object there are paid parking spaces of the landlord.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Die Wohnung würde ich wieder buchen aber das Personal vom Ostseehotel war sehr unpersönlich, hier hätte ich mir mehr Freundlichkeit gewünscht

Familienurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist schön in Strandnähe. Man geht nur über die Straße und ist schon an der Strandpromenade. Unsere Fewo Nr. 4 war zur Strasse raus, und da es Hauptverkehrsstrasse ist, kann man auch nachts die Fenster nicht öffnen ohne "Lärmbelästigung". Des Weiteren war die Duschtür defekt und in der Wohnung über uns war abds. 2x so laut Musik, dass ich hoch gehen und um "Ruhe" bitten musste, dass die Kids schlafen konnten. Parkplatzprobleme hatten wir trotz bezahlten Parkplatz auch gleich bei Ankunft, worum sich dann aber gekümmert wurde. Ausstattung der FeWo war gut. Hatten trotz Mankos 1 schöne Urlaubswoche in der Burg Freienstein.

Super Lage, 1 Minute zu Fuß zum Strand, Parkplatz, Nahverkehr vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend, alles da, was man braucht. Wünschenswert wäre eine liebevollere / maritimere Gestaltung. So hing z.B. noch der Osterhase an der Tür ... Überholungsbedürftig ist das Bad, Duschtür defekt, Wasser im Waschbecken läuft kaum ab.
