The breakfast service could do with finding someone who is more accommodating as apposed to the night shift porter who greeted us after our evening out and enquired if we were okay for water in our room for making tea/coffee and gave us a new bottle of water. "The staff, especially Robert were really friendly, hospitality and nothing was too much for them to do every request was replied with “no bother”. We arrived earlier than the check in time and as the room was ready they checked us in. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes late check out. The breakfast was very delicious, the smoothie was made with banana but the chefs were happy to make one for me with bananas. Overall it’s was a good stay. The staff’s pleasantness was the best. "
