"We chose this hotel in part because if it’s proximity to the airport ( just minutes away). The hotel was in a beautiful setting and quiet. Off street parking is available ,including underground parking. Our room was large and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant; service was good and there were a variety of options."

"First time I've stayed here. Used to live in the area - Great location for arrival and departure in CBR by Car. Right off Hindmarsh Drive which connects directly to the Monaro Hwy/Federal Hwy making for an easy arrival and departure. Kitchen fit out was sufficient to make quick on the go type meals when not dining out at a restaurant. Definitely enough to head some pot noodles, make cereal, toast for brekky. Manuka shops are located a short drive away. Bus service to the city is a short walk away of about 2 blocks if you need it, but check the timetable as services can be infrequent, particularly on weekends and public holidays. I usually stay in an older complex in the Forrest/Manuka area. Abode apartments are much newer and very comfortable. Price is great comparing to similar options in the local area such as Forrest, Curtin, Kingston. Oh - almost forgot to mention - the free parking in the MASSIVE open air car park is a winner. Overall will definitely consider repeat visit. It's on my shortlist now for consideration next time I wish to have a weekend getaway from Sydney."

"It suited me perfectly. I had a small dog with me. Plenty of places to walk with her. Thai restaurant on the premises and close to other takeaway food sites. There was a microwave, toaster, kettle and small fridge. Split system air conditioner was good. Good shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Closeness to Canberra was good."
