"Very clean, bedding and towels absolutely white and fluffy and changing every day if you want , very helpful staff and all polite and speak English well its right in center walkable anywhere . Its on quiet street so no traffic noise, air-conditioning, heated floor in the bathroom. Great roof bar in summer would be great to spend time there. "Hotel was a great location for getting the bus from and back to Wroclaw airport, which was one of the reasons we chose it. It's a straight walk to the main square, about 10 to 15 minutes. Also a mini market across the road (and a little one in the hotel). Rooms were quiet- didn't really hear any outside noises or people in the halls. "Very nice hotel with good breakfast within walking distance from Wroclaw airport. The only one minus is not comfortable bed and not sound proof doors to the room, you can hear all the time slamming doors to the rooms. "

"Beautiful property. Staff was blunt at check in. When we asked for the complementary upgrade that Expedia platinum gives we were told the rooms are available but we would have to pay an upgrade fee. The view was incredible the room was super clean. Did not wake up in time for the breakfast so I cannot comment on that "

"Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Property is quite safe. Beautiful historic interior. Convenient location, just 15 min walk from the main station. Delicious and wholesome buffet breakfast. Clean and tidy. 10/10 for the service. But as my room was on the roadside, sometimes can be bit noisg if windows are kept open. Otherwise the location is also very good. Public transport accessible and close to all the tourist spots. Nevertheless the place is a 100❤️"

"On arrival at the hotel, we were very happy with our choice. Our suitcase had not turned up at the airport, we informed reception and it was there waiting for us the next morning. The reception staff were always very helpful and friendly. Or room was perfect, bathroom amazing. Breakfast - really good choice. Room only cleaned if you left the note on the door. we forgot one morning and room wasn't cleaned. but not a problem. Restoration story also amazing."
