"Wir haben als 6-köpfige Familie das Ferienhaus im Sommer gemietet. Das Dorfzentrum mit Bäcker, kleinem Laden und Pizzabäcker war in 5min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Große Lebensmittelketten in 5-15min mit dem Auto. Trotz der großen Hitze konnte man sich gut im Haus aufhalten - als Passivhaus war es sehr gut gedämmt und hat sich Nachts entsprechend abgekühlt. "Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. "The housing was very clean and really fully equipped. The village is a charming enchanted "lost place", but lovely restored. It's pretty far from everything and that's good point! Sure you need to drive 15 minutes by car to reach the next pharmacy, grocery store and to drop your garbage. But you are in the pure nature! Stress and daily live ate also far far away. Perfect fornature lovers!"

Spacious Villa with large private Pool and Air-conditioning in all 5 bedrooms

Wonderful house, we loved everything about it

"Fantastic spacious house for our group, especially enjoyed the fantastic pool and BBQ area. Beautiful part of France, lots of options (hiking, beaches, city visits etc). So good to have A/C in the bedrooms as it was very hot during our stay. "

Renovated but rustic stone shepherd's cottage, exceptional views

Great location but maybe not for hot weather

"Excellent location. Short drives to many outdoor attractions and villages.House has good outside spaces and privacy. Well equiped . Would be good in shoulder season but for summer the house overheats badly because of the glazed stairwell and no shutters or shading to downstairs bedroom. Upper loft very uncomfortable. Air conditioning is a joke. Undersized portable unit in loft area only which is noisy and innefective. Felt house was not correctly advertised as we relied on some form of air con coming here in mid summer. Lots of mosquitos. Bring Raid plug in units with you and this works ok."

1/5 Terrible

Disaster start to finish

"So the property was filthy. Brown stained toilets dirty pool and although “ dog friendly” there was rat poison left where my dog could eat it. Which she did, expensive trip to vets and nearly came home without my beloved dog. We all got sick two days into our different stays and the owner did not apologise or take responsibility. Much photo and video evidence gathered happy to post. Come on Vrbo sort it out"
