Two bedrooms holiday flat on the Etruscan Coast whic can comfortably accommodate up to 4-6 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette (oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee machine, kettle) and a double divan bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom fitted with shower. Private covered terrace perfect for dining alfresco.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, TV-SAT, mosquito curtains.

This tourist complex is located 4 km from the town of Vada and the sea, surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. It consists of 3 apartments, all on the ground floor with a private covered terrace and a large garden with a swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, open from May 15th to September 30th) for all guests. On the property there is also a private parking space, a laundry room and a barbecue. Internet Wi-Fi connection.

It is an ideal place for sea lovers, who can easily reach the beaches both by car (4.5 km) and by bike on country roads through the plain. The location is also perfect for visiting Livorno (33 km), Pisa (50 km), Volterra (40 km) and the coastal villages in the immediate vicinity.

These holiday apartments in Vada are located on the Etruscan Coast. The ancient Etruscan seaside resort of Vada is famous for its white sandy beaches that stretch over 5 km and for its crystal clear sea. The coast includes both wild beaches and bathing establishments that alternate with pine groves. The place has a small marina, a lively center and many excellent restaurants where you can enjoy delicious fish dishes.

Die Bilder von der Anlage und der Ferienwohnung stimmt mit der Anzeige überein. Die Küchenausstattung könnte umfangreicher sein ( Gläser). Moskito Netz an der Tür wäre nicht schlecht. Ländliches Ambiente, ruhige Lage
Ideale Ferienwohnung für jemanden, der nicht unbedingt vorne am Strand oder mitten im Trubel des Badeortes wohnen möchte, sondern einfach seine Ruhe haben will. Wir haben sie ausgesucht, weil wir ohnehin Ausflüge und Kulturprogramm machen wollten, weniger Strandurlaub. Dabei ist der Strand sogar in knapp vier Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Lage: Mitten in der Campagna auf einem Aussiedlerhof, daher sind landwirtschaftliche Gerüche oder mal ein Traktor nebenan auf dem Feld zeitweilig in Kauf zu nehmen. Uns hat es jedenfalls nicht gestört. Der Hof ist eingezäunt und hat ein elektrisches Tor, parken konnten wir innen. Der Garten ist schön angelegt, jede der drei Parteien hat ihre eigene überdachte Terrasse. Der großzügige Pool ist nur Gästen zugänglich und es gibt ein gut durchdachtes Sicherheitskonzept zum Schutz der Kinder (tagsüber nur Skimmerbetrieb, Bodenabsaugung nur bei Nacht). Signore Andrea hält ihn peinlich sauber und erklärt gerne die Technik. Die Sauberkeit der Küche und der Schlafräume war vielleicht etwas verbesserungswürdig, aber evtl. fehlte es ja einfach gerade nur an Zeit oder Personal. Die Betten sind für italienische Verhältnisse übrigens relativ hart. Die Gastgeber sind jedenfalls unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, Verständigung in Englisch klappt ziemlich gut. Empfehlung: Hausgemachtes Olivenöl kaufen! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!
