Here you will occupy part of a beautiful semi-detached house with private garden in Rosignano Marittimo. Enjoy the local food and a good wine outside in your garden where your children can play with their four-legged friend. The house is just 6 km from the sea, where you will find free or equipped beaches that offer wonderful places for sunset aperitifs in the evening. Along the sea there are many clubs, in the small port and on the promenade in the summer there are various events such as markets and festivals. This is the ideal place to alternate relaxing days in the sun with excursions to discover the area and the beautiful Etruscan coast. Easily reachable is the famous art city of Pisa (40 km) with its world famous Leaning Tower. The beautiful waterfront and port of Livorno are 25 km away. From here ferries leave for the island of Elba and the other islands of the Tuscan archipelago. Not to be missed are Castiglioncello (6 km) with its suggestive walk on the cliff, Cecina (15 km), a lively and dynamic seaside resort with beautiful pine forest and hilly surroundings full of ancient villages. This is the ideal solution for the family who loves the sea and excursions.
