"The hotel was understaffed at check-in. We waited 5+ minutes at the front desk to check-in. The beds were very comfortable. The refrigerator in the room did not work, which didn't matter for us but should have been checked. The room had an odd smell when we arrived but seemed to abate. The hotel backs up to a trucking company so lots of back up beeping early in the morning. Breakfast was managed as best it could be with the crowd."

"I rated excellent, but it wasnt perfect for me. I booked this hotel for location and a pool. The pool was very important to my stay. When i checked in on a Friday at 4pm, the pool was just filled. It was ice cold. There was no way it could be used during my one night stay, also there is no hot tub. Next the shower in my room was just a small trickle. It was a rainhead shower walk in. Im 5’ tall and there was absolutly no way i could even reach the shower head to change the flow. It worked...
