Mooi vakantiehuis in Costa Brava
Mooi huis met goeie airco , ideaal voor 5-6 personen, 2 badkamers kwamen goed van pas Perfecte ligging in een rustige straat , supermarkt Carrefour en Lidl op minder dan 2km. Ideaal om de regio te verkennen. Het enige wat we een beetje vreemd vonden waren alle camera’s, ook in de slaapkamer, maar voor de rest alles naar wens!

La maison est en totale adéquation avec les photos, rien ne manque. Si vous recherchez du calme foncé, car quartier très tranquille. Quelle déception que la semaine soit déjà terminée

Schöner Urlaub an der Costa Brava
Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Es lag ruhig und war sauber und aufgeräumt. Alles notwendige war vorhanden. Die Betten waren bequem. Der Pool ein echtes Highlight. Man braucht ein Auto für den Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Achtung beim buchen, es gibt keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher. Diese muss man extra bestellen. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen mit der Familie
Wir fühlten uns beim Betreten gleich wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber. Räume und Möbel sind in einem stimmigen Konzept. Die Betten liegen sich sehr gut. Die Terrasse bietet am Tag Schatten, während die Kinder sehr viel Zeit im Pool verbrachten. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Viele Grüße an unsere Vermieter und an die Agentur.

Das Haus ist komplett neu renoviert . Moderne Einrichtung und dennoch gemütlich. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Vor allem den Aussenbereich direkt am Pool haben wir besonders abends sehr genossen. Bei Fragen haben uns die Vermieter schnell geantwortet, vielen Dank an Gerard und Mathilde. Alles top, und deshalb kann ich das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

proche de roses et au calme
super villa pas trop loin de roses 3 très grandes chambres parfait pour trois couples début juin nous avons profités de l'extérieur piscine déjà à 26° la table et le salon de jardin nous ont permis d etre en extérieur pour tous les repas très bonne adresse à refaire petit souci à l'arrivée avec la "boite à clé" mais probleme résolu rapidement avec la conciergerie et les propriétaires

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Das Haus war ein Traum!!! Alles super sauber,sehr schön eingerichtet,sehr modern. Es duftet hervorragend, stehen kl Duftfläschen rum.Sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles vorhanden ,was man braucht.Großer Kühlschrank mit 4 gr Eisschubladen.In jedem Schlafzimmer Klimaanlage. Der Außenbereich ,herrlich.Großer Eßtisch und eine schöne Sitzecke der anderen Seite .Alles überdacht,so das man bei leichtem Regen auch draußen sitzen kann.Pool haben wir echt genossen und auch reichlich genutzt. Der Weg zum Strand und einkaufen (haben Zeit gestoppt) 3 min mit dem Auto.Dieses ist auch nötig,wenn man es auch nicht verstehen kann, wenn man liest nur 3min Fahrt. Ist bergig. Vielleicht wäre es gut ,bei Kontaktaufnahme der Agentur aufzunehmen,dass es eine Alarmanlage gibt und wie man sie ausstellt.Diese haben wir nämlich sofort ausgelöst. Was aber kein Problem,sondern nur peinlich war. Wir würden das Häuschen jederzeit weiterempfehlen, werden bestimmt nochmals hinfahren.Ein Traum. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit Mathilda und Gerard.

Bonne surprise
Positifs : maison confortable très bien équipée (manque cependant un peu de batterie de cuisine) . Jolie déco moderne. Piscine agréable même si pas chauffée (en moyenne 27 deg ). Barbecue à gaz super pratique. Volets roulants dans les chambres. Négatifs : dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de volets dans la pièce principale car pas possible d’aérer la nuit (il y fait très très chaud le matin). La Clim serait un plus dans cette pièce :). La rue quand même passante a certaines heures (quelque fois c’est désagréable) Le propriétaire a été très réactif et sympa suite à un souci dans la maison. Une adresse à garder et à conseiller !

Es war sehr sehr schön.
Es war ein wundervoller Familienurlaub, wir waren mit unsweren schwerbehinderten sohn. Incl Rollstuhl da, alles kein Problem, und wenn welche waren, wurde durch die Agentur oder Inhaber selber umgehend geholfen, absolut auto ein muss, ein wenig vom Zentrum entfernt, aber dass macht die Erholung. De superbes vacances dans une très belle maison
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans la maison de Mathilde et Gérard. La maison est très propre, moderne, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et avec tout ce qu il faut dans un quartier calme de Roses. Nous avons pu faire de très belles découvertes de la région de Roses, rando, plage, visites... Nous n'avons pas pu être accueillis par les propriétaires mais nous avons eu un échange chaleureux avec eux par message. Nous les en remercions. Nous vous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette belle maison.
