Magnificent T2 luxury apartment completely renovated in 2017.
The terrace overlooking the sea on the side and exotic garden, of 18m2 offers you a privileged space to observe the boats from one of the deckchairs.
Excellent orientation, the apartment is very bright.

The apartment offers direct access to one of the 20 most beautiful coastal paths in Europe, and to the golden sandy beach and emerald waters.
A magnificent swimming pool overlooks a 180 ° view over the bay of Rosas. an exotic garden allows you to relax while contemplating the breathtaking view.
The location of the apartment is one of the most popular in Rosas due to its proximity to Canyelles beach and Rosas town center, all from the pedestrian path bordering the coast.
Private parking is offered with the apartment.

Fantastic Family Holiday
First family holiday abroad with son 22, & 2 daughters aged, 16 & 6 yrs and was delighted with the apartment, it was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony gave overhead views of the sea and we enjoyed sitting out in the sun. It is a very quiet place and very secure for anyone that may worry about family. The pools are on site and we did use but was bit cold-time of year! (access via keys & card passes which you get on arrival). the shops are about a 10-15 minute walk and there is everything you need and more, didn't want to go home as felt we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy everything and because of time of year we missed the Aqua Water Park, but the beach was great and the food outstanding, we ate out in several of the local restaurants and the majority of people understood us although learning Spanish is now what we will defiantly be doing for our next visit. There are loads of things to do so you wont get bored and the kids will love it..mine did! We did everything by walking but there are taxi's and bus services and trains all run locally, although the views are breath taking and well worth the walk. There would only be 1 thing, if your there for a longer period of time find where the nearest launderette facility is as I washed clothes by hand daily as theirs no facility for this in the apartment..Maybe something that might be considered for the future( even a shared facility)..but in all, highly recommended and very friendly people,We can't thank everyone enough for our wonderful time here.:) :) and the friendliness of the people we met..Thank You for a Wonderful holiday!

Modern Compact apartment
We really enjoyed this place, we travelled as a young family of four (3 year old in buggy when tired). We flew and hired a car so hired the linen. Lovely laid out modern apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The pool area is clean and the garden views out to Sea are spectacular. The balcony gets the morning sunshine so you can breakfast in style. The aircon is a must and means you get a great nights sleep. Ideal for 2 persons or small families of 4, older children may not want to share the double bed. An extra set of keys would be useful as you needed keys for the pool etc. One thing to note is that the apartment is on a hill so its a good 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and there are a lot of steps if you have a buggy in tow. The area is beautiful and the nearby beaches are all lovely and safe. The waterpark in season is only 10 minutes by car and a great day out and there are lots of natural areas within a 10 minute drive. We loved this part of Spain and can't wait to return.

L emplacement est en bord de mer mais la vue sur la mer est a moitie bouchée par 4 grands cypres et c est dommage. Le logement etant en contrebas, les personnes passant dans la rue ont vue sur le balcon et dans l appartement, sinon il faut fermer les volets. Il manque un peu de vaisselle et vraiment trop petit pour 4 personnes. Le lavabo est très, tres haut même pour un adulte, alors un enfant ne peut s y laver qu en montant sur une chaise. Par contre le monsieur qui nous a accueilli a ete super sympa. La plaque de cuisson ne marchait pas et il nous l a remplacée rapidement. Donc, logement moyen mais très propre.

Déçu par l'hygiène et les infos de la conciergerie
Très mauvaise infos pour trouver la conciergerie et par la suite aucun plan d'accès à l'appartement. Plus de 3 heures pour trouver les deux. La conciergerie prend 30 € pour le ménage, en arrivant dans l'appartement, des traces dans les toilettes, des traces non nettoyées sous le lit, une brosse avec des poils de chien, aspirateur poche pleine. L'appartement est pas mal, manque un peu de rangement, sinon le coin est sympa.

De aankomst was een zoektocht naar het agentschap, vervolgens de binnenkomst in een wat armoedig appartement. En geen handdoeken, daar moesten we later weer achteraan. Maar uiteindelijk was het toch een prettige plek en een goede uitvalsbasis voor tochtjes naar de vele mooieplekken in de omgeving. En leuke restaurantjes in Rosas. Hebben we toch een fijne week gehad.

Appartement agréable, calme et bien équipé (hormis manque un peu de couteaux et de matériel de cuisson non adapté pour la plaque induction). Terrasse très agréable avec vue mer. Appartement confortable pour 2 personnes. Comptez bien 10-15min à pied pour la plage et au moins 25min à pied pour le centre ville, restaurants et bars. Seul bémol : l'appartement n'est pas équipé de la WiFi, et la WIFI de la ville est compliquée à obtenir. Piscine très agréable et bien entretenue. Merci à Valérie pour l'accueil, nous reviendrons !!

Petit séjour dans cet appartement très joliment décoré. Très jolie vue. Très lumineux. La résidence est face à la mer, j'imagine que la piscine doit être fantastique l'été. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire très sympathique. A refaire !

Es gibt in der Wohnung kein extra Badezimmer! Nur die Toilette ist extra. Dusche und Handwaschbecken sind im Schlafzimmer. Waschen kann man sich nur an der Spüle. Das Bett ist nur 1,4m breit und sehr unbequem. Die Betwäsche mit Handtüchern sowie die Reinigung der Wohnung sind unverhältnismäßig teuer.

Excellent séjour, nous avions des apprioris concernant la costa Brava mais l'evironnement est bien préservé, et les plages sont bien moins bondées que dans le sur de la France ! L'appartement est très bien pensé, très agréable à vivre. La vue est très belle et la terrasse sans vis à vis, très calme. Piscine très agréable accès direct à la mer, le top! Une plus grande casserole et ce serait juste parfait. Nous reviendrons d'ici la fin de l'année

Bel appartement cosi, idéalement placé
L'appartement est petit mais très bien pensé et aménagé, on s'y sent très bien. L'environnement est idyllique, la piscine sur la mer, l'eau cristalline à 50m, la plage de sable à 5min. Adresse à conserver nous reviendrons c'est certain !
