Wunderschöne Aussicht,
Sehr schöne Sicht vom windgeschützten Balkon (Wintergarten). Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr nette und entgegenkommende Vermieterin. Nur das Parken entlang der privaten Straße der Residenz vor der Garage war nicht optimal. Leider hat das WLAN bei uns schlecht funktioniert.

Mooie omgeving, binnenstad op loopafstand. Complex ligt direct aan zee.
Het appartement is gelegen op de bovenste verdieping van het complex. We waren er met z'n drieën en de ruimte was voor ons prima. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig heb. We kwamen niets te kort. Op het ruime balkon zitten was ook heerlijk. De zon was er al redelijk vroeg in de middag. Mbt de schuifdeuren op het balkon konden we ook uit de wind zitten. Roses is een leuke toeristische plaats voor in ieder geval families.

appartement confortable dans une résidence bien située avec superbe vue sur la baie de rosas piscine très agréable accès direct sur un chemin piétonnier pour les rochers ou une plage à 5 min seul petit inconvénient : dommage qu il n y ait pas la climatisation

appartement bien situé...mais
l'appartement correspond au descriptif ,il est bien situé ,fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique ;la literie est de qualité. mais déception quant à l'état de la salle de bain où les traces de moisissure au niveau du lavabo , de la baignoire et des joints et les odeurs d'égout évoquent un défaut d'entretien . d'autre part vu le prix de la prestation ménage (obligatoire) , on s'attend à trouver l'appartement propre ; ce n'était pas le cas de la chambre : poussière++ , Kleenex derrière le lit , alèse tachée...ustensiles de ménage sales... Nous avons également trouvé de la vaisselle mal lavée et des débris alimentaires dans le lave-vaisselle. tout cela ajouté au stress de l'arrivée , généré pendant plus de 3 heures, par une erreur de téléphone de la personne qui nous remettait les clés ,a un peu gâché ce séjour.

Appartement comfortable avec très belle vue sur la baie de ROSES, près du centre
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement au 9.ème étage est spacieux et très bien equippé. Cuisine toute neuve, chaufage, machine à laver, tout parfaitement functionant. Parking privé. Notre chien s'est trouvé aussi très bien! Le concierge est toujours présent et disponible en Cas de besoin. Le centre de Roses reste à 20 minutes à pieds, une très jolie promenade. Les alentours sont magnifiques, tant de choses à voir et à faire. Consigliabile à tout effet!

Des vacances de rêve....
A conseiller vivement! Vue imprenable Accueil très chaleureux par Christine et Robert Confort de l'appartement: les lits sont excellents, la cuisine rénovée est très fonctionnelle Plaisir des baignades dans la mer au pied de l'appartement, dans la piscine (une petite piscine aussi pour les tous petits) ou sur la plage à 250 mètres.. On reviendra, c'est sûr!

Tout etait parfait sauf la meteo qui n etait pas au rv cette annee!! La presence de francais sur place qui s occupent de l appart est un plus pendant le sejour. On se sent rassuré en cas de probleme

Très agréable séjour !!!
Appartement très bien situé avec une très belle vue mer. Il est tout à fait conforme à la description du site. Calme, spacieux, bien équipé. Christine et son conjoint, qui nous ont accueilli à notre arrivée son charmants et très disponibles si besoin. La piscine est très facile d'accès, surveillée par une gardienne sympathique qui assure le respect des lieux. Il y a un accès très rapide au bord de mer par la piscine pour se baigner sur la plage de rochers. Accès en 10 mn par un très joli sentier littoral à une petite plage de sable où l'on trouve également quelques commerces. On peut également rejoindre Rosas par ce sentier en 25 mn qui est une charmantes ville très aminée en commerces restaurants et spectacles de tous genres. 15 jours de vacances, qui nous ont permis de bien nous ressourcer. À conseiller !

Vacances de rêve
A chaque fois que nous revenons nous sommes séduits par la vue.. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Sur place, nous profitons de la piscine, nous nageons dans la mer en y accédant depuis la piscine. Nous aimons nous promener à Rosas, petite ville très animée et avec de bons petits restaurants... Nous nous promenons le long de la côte dans la réserve naturelle vers le Cap de Creuz et jamais n'avons revu une vue pareille. Nous avons beaucoup de plaisir à redécouvrir les petits villages médiévaux... Chaque année nous y allons et en sommes à chaque fois ravis!

Bel appartement,bien situé, superbe vue, pour le positif Pour le négatif, odeur d égout constante dans la salle de bain ,vaisselles un peu juste pour 5 personnes(pas de casseroles,pas de bols,peu de saladiers),et 15 euros à donner à la femme d accueil pour une arrivée 1 h avant l heure prévue (non stipulé dans le contrat)
