Slechtste ervaring met een hotelboeking ooit.
Bij aankomst bleek hotel al 3 maanden gesloten te zijn. Geen bericht ontvangen van hotels.com noch hotel zelf hierover met een alternatief, ook geen geld terug. Wij waren genoodzaakt zelf een last minute accommodatie zoeken. Vakantie verpest. Nu wachten we nog steeds op de afhandeling en geld retour aangezien wij bij de boeking al hadden betaald. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Slechtste ervaring ooit met een hotelboeking, trage afhandeling na de melding hiervan, nog niet opgelost.

Horrible. The place was closed and i was not notified. We arrived to find nobody insight. We asked a friendly neighbor nearby for help and she gave us a ride to the nearest rail station. This was a bad experience.

Zimmer sind sehr spärlich ausgestattet.
Heizung war auf maximum 19,5 Grad die ganze Zeit, Frühstuck eher auf 2 Sterne Niveau, Zimmerausstattung für Scandinavische Verhältnisse eher im ganz unteren Bereich. Kein Fön, kein Wasserkocher, Fernseher nur auf schwdisch.

Rummet vi fick var litet. Vi var tvungna att byta rum p g a att någon rökt i rummet. TN:n fungerade inte då man hade problem med paraboler. Väldigt god mat i restaurangen och frukosten helt ok.

Great hotel
We arrived in Stockholm late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised at how caring the staff member Oliver was. He was friendly and ensured that we were taken good care of. The late evening meal was excellent. Oliver made sure to arrange an early breakfast plate was made up for us as we would be missing the regular breakfast. At 10 min from the airport this hotel is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered

Väldigt charmigt hotell i vacker miljö. Väldigt trevligt mottagande och glad o servicevänlig personal, allihop vi mötte! Estetiskt en höjdare, men inte alltid så väl genomtänkt funktionellt kanske. Hade gärna blivit lite mer överraskad till frukost.
