"Horrible experience. I was traveling to Berlin for one night and upon arrival I found the hotel front door closed. Apparently this is normal as there is no staff on hand unless there is a check-in due however this prompted me to give the hotel a call. Tip one, the room is extremely hot with no fan or aircon, sleeping with the window open does offer some relief but the road noise is excessive only to be drowned out by the train noise. "I wasa confused when I arrived as there was no sign on the door to indicate this was the pension. The owner was very kind and came to let me into the room at 23.00. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed that the owner insisted on an extra EURO20 cleaning charge for the room. These hidden extras are a considerable annoyance. When you see a price on a web-site, you expect that price to be charged."
