"I originally booked this for our family of 6. Due to kids schedules only one parent and one child stayed. The listing describes that it's connected like a duplex but we didn't expect to hear so much. It felt a little uncomfortable, like we were invading their privacy. Also it made us worry about being too loud for them, I would have been really anxious if we had all gone because our little kids are NOT quiet.There is no control of the AC and it was freezing!! We didn't reach out and ask for them...

"The inside of the house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. It was very clean minus the floors that could use a good mop job according to the bottom of our socks. My 4 and 7 year old loved having their own rooms and all the tv options. All 3 queen beds were very comfortable and the laundry room came in handy for an 8 night stay. "I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is. The host text us to be sure everything was perfect there. She even left us a box of pastries from the local coffee shop along with chocolates and snacks. The house was well stocked with more than everything we needed. If we play baseball in Franklin again, we will definitely stay here."
