At True North Cabin Rentals we have 5 cabin’s together with nice lake views from the 1 acre resort property. The MAIN Cabin is 4 1/2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin for rent at beautiful Higgins Lake that sleep 15. Included you will find full beds, queen beds couches, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, tv/dvds, glassware, silverware, pots and pans linens, towels and everything else you will need for your fun filled summer vacation, along with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and horse shoes. A nice shallow small sandy beach and Public dock just steps from the cabin(unfortunately no overnight mooring). The Silver Dollar Bar just one block up the street, and Party Store less than a mile away. Cabin is located at 2308 Treasure Blvd. Higgins Lake MI. Pontoons, Fishing & Ski Boats, Jet Skis, Paddleboards, Kayaks, ATVs, Scooters, and UTVs available for rent at a discounted price for all renters through GO FAST Rentals that are also one block away.
PETS OK! ($45 per pet) Campfire wood available on property for purchase.

What a great place to stay! Beach is conveniently located in walking distance. Everything you need for family fun, plus some extras. Clean, spacious, plus a very helpful and attentive host. Thank you so much for the memorable visit to Higgins Lake!

This venue had a TON of beds for sleeping a large group. The main floor was great for a big group to hang out in, and upstairs great for sleeping. I would come back to this cabin next year if possible.

We had a great time! House is very roomy and well kept. We also rented a pontoon from the home owners company (go fast rentals). Kids loved it. This was our second year. We already booked for next year! Can’t wait!!

House was very spacious. We had 11 people and plenty of room. Allowing pets was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. We had a vehicle that wouldn't start when we were ready to leave and owners were great, letting us use the house until the wrecker got there.

We used 5 of Jeremey’s Higgins Lake cabins and they exceeded our expectations! They are all clean, updated and had everything we needed for our family weekend stay. The short stroll to the lake was such a bonus. We watched a gorgeous sunrise. All together the communication with him was prompt and he was happy to answer any & all questions through the process. Very spacious and clean
We were a group of six women having a girl’s getaway. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, some having their own bedrooms. The house and beds were very comfortable. Everything was neat and clean. Our favorite thing was the firepit, and having a bonfire every night. There were plenty of chairs for everyone. There was a restaurant nearby that was easy to walk to. Alll in all, this is a great place to stay!

Wedding Party
We had a fabulous time during our pre and post Wedding stay at the house and cabins. It was amazing to have all family around us. I would highly recommend this property for large groups. The property is just amazing and all the different unique features of the cabins and Main house. Thanks Jeremey & Family our Irish siblings and extended family really enjoy everything about this property and location we had so much fun. Family Cottage week
Everything was as shown in pictures. We had8 adults and 3 children and still had beds we didn’t use so plenty of room. Kitchen was large and enjoyed the large counter space as well as counter stools and large table with adequate chairs. Outside was great, large deck( needs some repairs) fire pit and plenty of room for kids. There was a fowl smell sometimes probably from septic field but didn’t stop us from outdoor activities. . Short walk down street to small beach with dock and lake access. Higgins lake is Sandy and shallow for long way. Hosts Jeremy and his mom were very responsive and helpful. Already booked our trip next summer. We also had small cottage next door for another family in our group which was a bonus to be close.

Great Christmas get away!
The house was great, a lot bigger than it looks. I love the floor plan of this house; makes it super convenient for multiple families staying there together. The only downfall of this property is that the tub pictured does NOT work. The jets won’t turn on, the drain doesn’t hold the water, and there isn’t enough hot water to fill the tub. We chose this property specifically because it had the tub, so it was really disappointing. Property owner was great with communication and accommodating. Overall, we had a great Christmas with our family, just wish the listing would have been accurate.

My group had such a great time here the cabin is beautiful. It’s so close to the water. It’s such a great area. The silver dollars is a great dining place. That is very close within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again. It was amazing.

The Main Cabin meets our family needs perfectly! We rented for 12 days this time which allowed us to invite multiple family members to join us! We love that the properties are dog-friendly! See you next year!
