Perfect Getaway.
This house is the perfect place to enjoy your time away from home. It has everything that you need. It was very clean and felt like home. We had so much fun sitting on the deck and watching the boats go by on the dock. We sat at the Big dining table and had dinner all together. It was the Best weekend. Great weather, Great food and Great family time. What more can you ask for. Thank you for the use of your Beautiful home on one of The Very Best lakes. We truly appreciate your accommodations.

Wonderful Stay on Higgins Lake
Amazing property on beautiful Higgins Lake. We were blessed with great weather and were able to rent a pontoon boat, use the firepit, etc. Barb was a wonderful communicator and made sure the dock remained in until after our visit. We were even able to check in early. Highly recommend!

We were only here a short time but we had an enjoyable stay. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures online. The water was beautiful and the property has a large lakefront yard! Communication with the owners was very easy. They respond quickly and willing to help with anything. Would definitely recommend.

We had a family group aged 2 to 90 and everybody loved it! The house was spotlessly clean and much more upscale than a typical lake house. Lots of room to spread out. Hope to return again!

Perfect vacation home on Higgins Lake.
We enjoyed our stay at Higgins Lake. The home had quality furnishings and ample space for our family to enjoy each other. The lawn brought us many hours of game playing too! We rented a pontoon and docked it there. The lake is so clear it was fun to wade in the water. The owner was very attentive and responded to me quickly. We give this rental 5🌠

Great place to stay. Perfect except that there is no beach access. Would be really easy to do
Everything went smoothly. We had a great time. The property is beautiful. The owners need to add a beach area into the lake. That would make this place as close to perfect as you can get.

Beautiful and fun house!
The house is well furnished and has many fun things to do. We rented a pontoon from a nearby marina to investigate the lake, but you could entertain yourself with the amenities included with the house. The only suggestion I have is to bring your own beach towels if you are using the lake.

Number of guests which can be accommodated is a stretch!
Not enough beds! The place was nice but needs more beds. Unless your guests don't mind sleeping with whomever. Also more towels would have been nice. The beds weren't exactly the best as far as comfort. Also, there was a dock, but no ladder to get in or out of the water.
