Welcome to our lakeside retreat located at gorgeous Higgins Lake! This cozy house is surrounded by the serene beauty of nature and is the perfect spot to take a break from the everyday life. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for up to eight guests to relax and unwind.

The exterior of the house is an absolute paradise! You'll have access to a BBQ grill, fire pit, paddle boards, and sun loungers, making it the perfect place to make unforgettable memories.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, for a good night's sleep. The second bedroom has a queen bed, offering ample space and comfort. Meanwhile, the third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, with bunk beds and a queen bed ensuring everyone has their cozy spot to relax.

KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOMS
You'll love the spacious living area, perfect for enjoying cozy nights with loved ones. And, with a fully equipped kitchen, meal prep will be a breeze! We also have a second living room, complete with a large TV and board games to keep everyone entertained.

THE EXTERIOR

beautiful lake house
The property was beautiful and well appointed. Great location. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The lake was visible from the property and had a large deck to enjoy the view. There were lots of extras available such as paddle board, chairs, balls, games and more. We will definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this host and property! THANK YOU!!

Ideal stay
Great spot about 100 feet from the water. The renovation of the property is fantastic and the kids loved playing with the outdoor amenities. We also appreciated that the kitchen is so well outfitted for cooking, etc. We will certainly be coming back!
