Welcome to the cozy and chic house in the trees at Higgins Lake. Higgins Lake Treehouse is the perfect spot to enjoy time together as a family. The kids (big and small) will love the hot tub, heated garage, ping pong table, foosball table, and outdoor space on the deck. Enjoy all of your meals together at the massive dining table located in the great room. The home is a 3 minute walk to the water and beach at Sam-O-Set Beach and Park and also conveniently located to Good Times Party Store. Pet friendly!

Home is super cute and had ample room for 6 adults! Close to Houghton Lake and Grayling. Host was friendly, accommodating, and accessible and maintained ample communication leading up to and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze!

Wonderful place to stay at Higgins Lake!
We had our 5 adult children with us and this house was perfect for all of us. We had so many amenities and it felt like home while we were here. We appreciated all the thought and understanding of what we would need for the week. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again!!

Cozy cottage close to Higgins Lake
This cottage is cute, clean and cozy. We appreciated the comfy beds and fluffy towels, the large open areas and the spacious deck. The street is a bit busy but once inside didn’t notice traffic noise. Our host was very friendly and great at communicating with us.

We had an excellent time at this home. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, corn hole and bon fires. It was very spacious and clean. The host was very easy to talk to and always stayed in touch. We would definitely come back.

Great location, great property.
Two couples in town for a wedding. We hiked the area trails and dined at Cut River Grille multiple times - don’t miss it. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Loved having a dining table big enough for everyone to eat and play games. The garage was definitely set up for fun. The host was great and communicated well. We really enjoyed having a property that allowed our coonhound to visit as well - he had a blast relaxing on the deck.

Upscale living at Higgins Lake
This house is spacious, full of natural night, and incredibly well appointed. It was clean, conveniently located only a few minutes walk to the lake, with ample parking on site. The balcony is beautiful and dreamy! Makes you realize why it’s called the Treehouse. Ashley responded promptly to my messages too. Great place, excellent service - couldn’t be happier!

The Treehouse was the perfect place for our group to stay during our trip to Higgins Lake! The hosts have added many cute and personal touches that make it unique and homey. We especially loved the game area! Also, everybody mentioned how comfortable the beds were - which isn’t super common while traveling! Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

Amzing hidden gem!
From beginning to end our stay was amazing. The host was very responsive and communicated well through the whole experience. Walking distance to the beach. The house was amazing with so many activities, the kids were kept busy during a rainy afternoon. We are already thinking about our next trip to "The Treehouse".
