The property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We espically enjoyed the open floor plan.
The lake is spectacular. We never used the road end Lake access, but used a beach near Family. The House was as described. Two double beds downstairs and 4 singles upstairs. Perfect for family R&R. Great owner response to queries. Highly recommend.

Great cottage near Higgins Lake
We really enjoyed our stay at this Higgins Lake with 3 couples and kids, very open and roomy with plenty of room for 10 and well appointed with lots of extras to make it feel like home. Lots of trees and quiet area, nice size yard for a fire and yard games. The one window AC unit was good for the whole week of the 4th . The dock is across the street on Birch, ideal for hanging out in the shallow sandy area or getting in and out of the boat. Thanks again for a great week!
