Great house with a nice swimming pool and sea view. And only 150m away from a very nice swimming bay. Very friendly welcome. Minor drawbacks: * Relatively slow Internet. * Only one set of towels for 14 days vacation.

Fantastic house in Roscoff
We have recently returned from a two week stay in Villa Surcouf where we had a wonderful time. We were 5 adults and 3 children and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. The house is spacious and clean, with everything you need for a holiday. The pool is well kept (and again, clean), the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. There is a Casino supermarket 5 minutes drive away and Roscoff has a market every Wednesday with lots of stalls selling all kinds of local food produce. There is a small and very pretty white sand beach just two minutes walk down from the property, and Roscoff town can be reached by foot in about 15-20 minutes. It is a lovely little town where the ice cream shop was visited almost daily... The property makes an excellent base for exploring Finistère and Brittany - in the immediate area we recommend the small town of St Pol de Leon for a day trip, and the Ile de Batz which can be reached by ferry from Roscoff and makes for a nice day walking or biking. The Jardin Exotique found just five minutes from the house was more impressive than we expected and should also be visited. The property hosts were great and communication via text/phone was easy and straightforward. We were so grateful for the welcome basket with local treats. Thank you very much, we had a fantastic holiday - the children are already asking if we can come back next year...

Une très belle maison dans laquelle nous avons pu passer de belles journées de détente entre la piscine et les sites magnifiques de Roscoff. De plus une literie confortable a rendu nos nuits plus que reposantes. Nous reviendrons dès que nous en aurons l’occasion

Nous avons profité d'une semaine très appréciée de tous dans une villa très bien équipée, spacieuse et confortable. Accueil sympathique et très professionnel. La piscine est un vrai plus pour les jours moins lumineux. Une situation privilégiée à proximité des plages et des commerces. À refaire sans hésiter !!!

On recommande, la piscine pour les jours de pluie ou quand l eau de la mer est trop froide. La maison très fonctionnelle, la plage 100 mètres, le calme. Merci à tous pour ce super séjour.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Aymeric, et les propriétaires nous ont laissé une délicate attention (petits biscuits de la région, cidre et jus de pomme). La maison est sublime, moderne et bien équipée et offre une superbe vue depuis la terrasse. Nous recommandons plus plus plus les yeux fermés. Proche des commodités, plein de choses à découvrir pour les amoureux de la Bretagne...

Maison très bien située
Nous avons séjourné à la villa Surcouf 3 semaines à l'été 2020 en famille (les enfants, parents et grand-parents). La maison est très bien située à 3mn à pied d'une très belle plage et à 15mn à pied du centre de Roscoff. Propriétaires très sympathiques qui nous ont amené des légumes du coin dont les célèbres oignons. La maison est fonctionnelle avec beaucoup d'espace (peu accueillir jusqu'à 3 familles) un beau coin piscine intérieur, et une terrasse agréable avec vue sur la mer. En résumé un très bon séjour et un très beau point de chute pour visiter le Finistère.
