Nice house facing the sea for 6 people

Pretty house of around 160m² completely renovated in 2017, ideal for a stay with family or friends.

On the ground floor, an entrance and a storeroom. A bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a washing machine and a dryer.

On the first 1st Floor, a landing giving onto a large living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, nespresso, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), a comfortable living room and dining room and lounge, all with views on sea. Also a bathroom with shower and a second separate toilet.

On the 2nd Floor, a landing serves 2 bedrooms with sea view.

Amazing location
Waking up each morning to the sound of the water, watching the dramatic tides come and go, a short walk from restaurants an stores. This home could NOT be better located. We loved our stay here! It's a wonderful town with amazing natural beauty. This home provides a front-row seat.

The photographs do not really do the property justice. Views from the 1st (living rooms) and 2nd floors are great. Loved eating looking out at the sea. Windows open, listening to the surf and looking at the lighthouses. Ideally located for walking into Roscoff and trips to the Isle de Batz. Plenty to do in the area.

L’emplacement de la maison est idéal, vue sur mer de toutes les pièces, le petit-déjeuner face à la mer quel bonheur ! La maison est très agréable à vivre, très propre et vraiment tout y est . Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très réactif par mail . Nous avons passé un formidable séjour et ce malgré une météo exécrable, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette très belle demeure.

Bien situé ! Le logement est mieux en photos. Dommage du meuble cassé dans la SDB à l étage. SDB du bas est plutôt passable. Moisissures des joints dans la douche.le logement fait usé…..

The property was wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better for us. It was only a short walk into town, but only had a small road separating it from the ocean. There is a small Carrefour grocery store in town, and a couple larger ones about a 5 minute drive away. The private parking was a true blessing. The furniture was comfortable, all the necessities were provided in the cost, and the house was well maintained. The only thing we found odd was there were no “leftovers” from previous renters. By this I mean oils, spices, and general items used for cooking. So if you are going to use the kitchen every day, as we did, you’ll have to get the basics as well as the ingredients for your meals. Overall, we loved it, would certainly return, and recommend it to anyone.

Shaky start
Unfortunately we were initially given the wrong door code number which caused quite a few problems. As we were outside in the dark and rain it was difficult to see. It was only when I rechecked the email communication that the correct code was given! Once in it was a wonderful property, everything we could wish for was provided. However an information pack on how the heating and appliances worked would have been really helpful. The position of the house is superb as well as its proximity into Roscoff.we would certainly stay again. Thank you.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Trotz Lage an der "Hauptstraße" u. direkt neben einem Hotel ist es ruhig, der saubere Strand liegt direkt vor der Tür, es sind nur wenige Min. zu Fuß zu den Geschäften, Restaurants und zum Wochenmarkt. Man wohnt Auge in Auge mit den Gezeiten, bei schönem Wetter auch mit dem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang über Roscoff. Was will man mehr? Das EG hat sehr niedrige Decken, es ist etwas düster und kühl. Dort ist ein Schlafzimmer (welches wir nicht genutzt haben), außerdem ein Bad bzw. Haushaltsraum (Dusche u. Waschbecken, v.a. aber Waschmaschine, Trockner, Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett), außerdem gibt es neben div. Abstellkammern eine separate Toilette u. die Terrasse, welche jedoch eher zum Wäschetrocknen als zum Verweilen einlädt. Sie ist einsehbar und liegt ganz einfach auf der eher ungemütlichen (praktischen!) Etage. Toll ist die erste Etage, wo der offene Koch-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit vier Fenstern in Richtung Straße & Strand (Norden) liegt, außerdem sind auf dieser Ebene Bad und separate Toilette. Diese Etage ist freundlich, hell, verfügt über ausreichend und bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und auch sonst alles, was man so braucht. Im DG gibt es zwei schöne Schlafräume, einer ist recht großzügig und der andere eher klein. Insgesamt gibt es im ganzen Haus ausreichend Stauraum. Auf jeden Fall bleibt auch bei schlechtem Wetter genug Bewegungs- wie Rückzugsraum. Das Haus war insgesamt sauber, Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern "wie in einem Hotel". In der Küche und auch im Essbereich haben wir aber noch Krümel vom Vormieter gefunden, auch das Geschirr mussten wir zum Teil nochmal spülen. Es gab eine ausführliche Anleitung zum Thema Mülltrennung, allerdings nur einen großen Mülleimer, der die Umsetzung nicht wirklich unterstützte. Die Übergabe ist etwas anonym, v.a wenn man bedenkt dass der Vermieter nebenan wohnt. Es gibt einen kleinen Schlüsseltresor am Haus, vor der Anreise bekommt man über die Agentur den Code. Im Haus findet man sich gut allein zurecht, es gibt eine Flasche Cider und bretonisches Gebäck zur Begrüßung. Hilfreich wäre evtl. die normalerweise übliche Liste "wo erreiche ich jemanden im Notfall, wo finde ich was vor Ort, besonders empfehlen können wir...". Egal, es ging auch ohne. Als wir wg. einer defekten Glühbirne über die Agentur den Vermieter angeschrieben haben, kam er gefühlt innerhalb einer Minute rüber und brachte eine neue. Perfekt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und uns wohl gefühlt :)

Une vue imprenable face à la mer.
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison très bien équipée et dont le salon et séjour jouissent d’une vue exceptionnelle face à la mer permettant d’apprécier les différentes couleurs du ciel et de la mer qui changent tout au long de la journée.
