"The property is a cute private building. The room was designed for the comfort of its guests. Our room was a studio design idea, with great attention to details and comfort. Location was good and only minutes away from one of the islands touristic beaches CrashBoat. My husband and I walked to local areas, only because it was a short stay. Please keep in mind if you are looking for a longer stay, a car is definitely needed to move around. The owner is very responsive, respectful, and responsible....

"The ac in the unit was terrible and did not cool the unit. Sad because i saw this comment in the reviews and thought it would have been fixed. The tv was not real time. It seem to be a streaming service. I had terrible cell service and the power went out almost every day. Overall we did not spend too much time in the room to let it affect our vacation. "

"Loved the area, walking distance to the beach. My family loved Matthew the friendly dog. Quite and just listening the sound of the waves while sitting at the porch.Very nice breezy wind at night. "Mr. Israel and Mrs. Arlene were the best Vrbo hosts. They were courteous, pleasant, and responsive. Upon my arrival, there were clear instructions on how to enter the property despite they weren't on the premises. The space was as advertised, nice and comfy for the economical price and location of the beach. Its proximity was in close range to the Crash Boat Beach, Pleña Blanca, Punto Borrinquen Beach, Mayaguez nightlife, and even the folkloric dance of Bomba y Plena that takes place 1st Friday...

"It was really difficult for me to find the place, because there were 2 streets with this name in town. Photos of the building and a writting in big letters the name of the place would be great. After solving this problem of location, everything was fine. check-in was easy because of the messages of the owner. The room was nice and my stay was very well."
