"Pekne ubytovani v jednoduse zarizenych pokojich s uzamykatelnou skrini, stolem a zidlemi. K dispozici tez rucnik pro kazde luzko. Sdilene koupelny a kuchynky jsou hezky a moderne zarizene. Velmi blizko tramvajove zastavce do centra Ostravy. Velmi potesila moznost samostatneho check in v pripade pozdniho prijezdu. Navic pani na recepci byla velmi prijemna a napomocna. "The apartment is very comfortable, having all amenities someone may need. Very nice interior design, comfortable bed and sofa, nice dining area. The only minus that I would like to share is the communication with the host. When we arrived we were not sure we will be able to check-in (the office was closed and nobody was picking up the call on the phone number provided - Polish robot machine). Same situation for the check-out. Despite the communication, the apartment deserves 5 stars! "
