"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. "We were in Zürich for New Years and everything about this property was amazing! The room was clean, easy to access, and had a good view. It was centrally located and great walking distance from just about anything. If you’re not a walker there is plenty of public transportation. There’s public parking garages but you do have to pay. The only issues we had with our room was the shower drain wasn’t working properly and water flood into the bedroom. we had to use all our towels to clean it up and...

"Property lived up to the expectations. Walkable distance to all the shops and to the lake. Apartment was extremely cozy and comfortable. This is my second time staying here and will continue to book here in the future."

"Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "
