"At first we didn’t find the property because the indicated location on Expedia, as well as on Google maps showed that it is in the city center. Once we found out that it actually is outside the city center we had to drive up a small mountain which nearly destroyed our rental car as the streets were really bad. "The guest arrived at the hotel and was informed that they did not have the reservation and they were already sold out. We had to make alternative arrangements for the guest to be hosted at a nearby hotel called Itibo Resort. The experience was very terrible and regrettable in view of the executive that was being hosted and the inconvenience caused."

"The apartment was very clean and all the furniture was in a very good condition as we would like. Kitchen utensils was all fine and other important amenities. Nothing missing that we really required. The check in was rather fast, although we had to wait for the staff to count all the utensils. Which is still okay as precaution. Only downside was slow internet in that area."
