"We enjoyed our stay in this charming and updated farmhouse. Our host Alvaro was helpful and communicated very promptly and clearly. Some things it's important to know about the property: 1. The roads leading in are very winding, 1-lane (2-way) roads and can be challenging especially at night. You have to execute an uphill 3-point turn to get into the driveway. If you are not comfortable with this kind of driving, it's not a good fit for you. 2. Driving into Florence is pretty easy, but takes...

"Barbara and her family could not be any kinder or more hospitable. They have created a beautiful, cozy, and comfortable space for guests to enjoy peace and tranquility outside of the city. The apartment is well-equipped for long stays and also has lovely outdoor spaces to relax. We feel very fortunate to have met such a wonderful host (who even rescued us when we go a flat tire). "Nice getaway to relax and have some quiet time"

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."

"Good accommodation right on the hiking trail "Via Degli Dei" - Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Good beds with nice cotton sheets and hot water in the shower. Dinner and breakfast were ok, but a bit too expensive for what it was. The same with the packed lunches, which we bought extra."
