"The first thing we noticed when we arrived were a huge amount of large ants, there was no way we could sit outside or enjoy the outside without having large ant crawl all over us. Getting into the house was easy (the code is long like a phone number) the house is older, which was expected but not 100% clean and the house was hot and muggy. The kitchen was clean but the carpet in the master had things left on the floor like fur or or something else and to be honest I didn't want to investigate...
