This was such a wonderful gem of a place to stay. The Prati neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and this apartment was comfortable, well appointed, and perfect for my family.

This apt exceeded our expectations. Absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. We would stay again. My only siggestion is an ice cube tray but it seems they aren't common in Italy.

Nice space for family of 4 in Rome

Very good apartment
Very clean and well-equipped apartment. Ideally located to do everything on foot and many shops in the area. The only downside is that the windows on the street side are not well insulated.

We loved this apartment. Very clean and in a really nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the Vatican and to the hop on hop off bus line. Close to everything you need in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it.

The listing clearly said it was an air conditioned apartment but once there we were greeted with a note stating we had to shut off all air conditioning when we weren’t in the apartment or we could be charged extra because it was metered and monitored. It was a threat I don’t take kindly to

Lovely apartment
I stayed here with my boyfriend and friends. It fit all our needs with two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a sitting area and kitchen. My friends enjoyed making tea in the cute little kitchen. It was easy to use the lift to take a few pieces of luggage up at a time. The location was LOVELY and within walking distance of a few caffes. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Rome Apartment
We spent 2 nights in this nice, clean and well appointed apartment in the Prati area of Rome. We were able to easily walk to the Vatican and also Trevi Fountain area. The apartment only listed one bathroom when we booked, but they had added a new bathroom before our arrival. There was a washer and a dryer.

Lovely apartment!
This apartment is just lovely. It is bright and airy, has a beautiful view of the courtyard and street. It is in a good location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The entire booking and checking-in process was seamless. We were in contact with Daniele and Alessia frequently throughout the booking process and during the stay. They even helped arrange a transfer from the airport. Adriano met us at the apartment and helped us get settled in and answered all questions. This is an excellent team. We would definitely stay here again.

Quaint apartment in quiet neighborhood
This apartment felt like home away from home for our family of 5. It is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area of Prati close to Vatican City. It is walking distance to most attractions. There are many wonderful restaurants and cafe and shopping near by. Our favorite restaurant was 3 Quarti a few blocks from apartment. Taxi station and bus station is a 5 minute walk. Metro is 10 min walk near Piazza Di Popolo. We walked everywhere from apartment except to the ruins. The check in went smoothly with Adriano. Host also booked our ride from airport to apartment. This was helpful as taxi wait line was very long. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect apartment
Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. It is very clean, nicely decorated, has comfy beds and is quite roomy. The kitchen is a small gallery-style kitchen but there is a large table in the office where you can sit with your family. There is a small 2-man lift we used when we had our luggage. The location was great. There are bars (cafes), restaurants and a supermarket just down the street. We took an uber to most of our tours but that’s because we were dying in the heat. Most of our Uber trips were $13-$15 and the drivers were typically only 3 minutes away. What I appreciated the most is how responsive Daniele and Alessia were. They were quick to respond to my questions. They also arranged airport transportation for us. Huge bonus after a 9.5 hour flight.

Absolutely Wonderful!
This apartment was even better than expected, so charming, spacious and comfortable! The location is fabulous, has a local neighborhood feel with many restaurants and shops very close by and easily walkable to Piazza Navona, Castel Sant’Angelo, and the Vatican. Beautifully renovated with every modern amenity while keeping its original charm. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the living room with pullout sofa has a door so it acts as another bedroom. There is a dining room table for 6 plus stools in the kitchen. It even has a washer and dryer!! All the extras are provided, including dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. Only downside I can think of is one of the showers is very small, but there are two showers, so wasn’t really an issue. It was perfect for our family of 5. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to return some day!
