Very special place in the heart of Rome

Our stay in the Flavia's apartment was amazing. The location is great - literally in the middle of the city center, a walkable distance to main historical places, 20 min to Vatican, 25 min to Forum / Colosseum. Note that the city center is quite large, so be prepared to walk a lot anyway (to my opinion, the best way to explore Rome is by walking). The apartment itself has a very nice old-style atmosphere with views of cozy streets and roofs like in story-tales. Everything appeared as in the pictures provided. Nightlife is literally downstairs - there are many pubs and restaurants nearby. Our hosts, Flavia and Nicola, were very kind to leave us a welcoming gift including some good wine with sweets and pasta - exactly what we needed after a long and late trip. We definitely want to stay at this place once again!

Excellent!
Very spacious, clean, and so much charm! The location is excellent, very safe. The bar downstairs is noisy until 2am on the weekends but otherwise very quiet. We will absolutely stay again!

Navona Place
We were a group of, which included 2 teenage boys (17 & 18) and there was plenty of room for all without feeling cramped. Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful. The location couldn't have been better. Communication was outstanding, since all flights were delayed resulting in a late arrival, willingness to accommodate us was wonderful. You can;t go wrong booking this apartment,

Very clean and centrally located
Our family enjoyed our stay. The hosts helped any questions and the home is very clean and well kept. Easy walks to all major attractions and lots of shops and restaurants outside your door.

The apartment was large, clean and well appointed. Location was great and the fact that there was an elevator was a life saver as one of our group fractured her leg a day before arriving! Recommend.

Having the large apartment available for our time in Rome was invaluable! The location was perfect and allowed us to get to everywhere we needed to go within a short amount of time. We walked everywhere except the Colosseum (including the Vatican). There are markets and restaurants very close by as well. There was good communication, during our stay, from the property manager. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful stay, perfect location
Staying here was the highlight of our trip. The layout of the flat is perfect, with a master bedroom on one side and other bedrooms on the other side. It is elegantly decorated, yet has the feel of getting to stay in someone's authentic, classy home (rather than a staged apartment), which is cool. Three large bathrooms, perfect for multiple adults traveling. Good service from owner and property managers.

The Beauty of Rome
We loved the apartment. It was clean and the location is perfect. Flavia, Mauro, Nicola were all wonderful. Very good communicators. The were helpful in arranging for transportation to and from the airport. A booklet is on site explaining “things to know” about the apartment along with info on restaurants and transportation. I highly recommend Flavia and the Navona Flat!

Great Location in Beautiful Rome
This beautiful flat is in a 500 year old building which matches this wonderful historic city. Plenty of room for my family and the location was perfect to some of the “must see” attractions that Rome has to offer. The communication was great with our host. I would definitely recommend this as a place to enjoy your Italy vacation with family and friends.

Spacious flat in central location
This is a large flat in an ideal location. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to questions. A downside of the central location is the noise at night from the restaurants and bars below. We really liked this flat and would stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway
Our party included 3 adults and 2 children (4 and 8). The location of the apartment is perfect, with many great restaurants just steps away and a grocery store just around the corner. All of the main attractions are walkable, including Vatican City. As for the actual apartment, absolutely perfect. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything needed for a home cooked meal. The living area and bedrooms were also spacious with more than enough room for our party of 5. This is the perfect place to stay for an enjoyable vacation to Rome!
